Our return policy allows for an even exchange of another pair of lashes no later than 3 days after original purchase. Refunds are not permitted due to the nature of the product and for sanitary reasons.

• Lashes must be unworn and in the original trays with packaging intact.
• Exchanges will be issued within 3-5 days of business after item has been received.
